A number of staff and managers attended the company's Self-Assessment Workshop last Friday. The event turned out to be a huge success as staff contributed towards the development and grading of Profound's Self Assessment Report. The report is required for contractual purposes and to meet the requirements of Ofsted. Staff representing all departments within the company came together to agree on the report and grade the company to meet Ofsted and The Common Inspection Framework criteria. This was a positive workshop which allowed a cross-section of staff to contribute to this critical process and raise awareness across the Company.

Central to discussions throughout the day was the importance of meeting learners needs and maintaining the high level of learer satisfaction. A strong emphasis was placed on promoting Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding in line with the Company's strapline of 'Challenging Inequality and Promoting Diversity'.
