Managing Director, Steven Ward announced the good news to staff commenting, "the introduction of a Business Development Team will create new important positions and will be the catalyst in taking Profound to another level. Our ambitions are well documented, it is critical that we continue to provide a quality service as we continue grow and attract new business. Delivering positive news to staff at such challenging times for us all was most welcoming".

Profound will now have three directorates, Corporate Services, Operations and Business Development. The new restructure is to commence April 4th with new posts to be advertised without delay.
