Who The Apprenticeship Is For
All those who wish to work, or who are working in a career in the social housing sector
What Will You Learn
This intermediate qualification will develop and demonstrate your knowledge of the social housing sector. The course will cover: housing provision and housing organisations, customer care in the housing context, careers and opportunities in housing, developing skills for working in housing
You will be assigned a qualified training advisor, where learning will be undertaken by mixture of 1 to 1 sessions, work based learning and e-portfolios
The course will be assessed via a range of methods which could include direct observations in the workplace, electronic portfolios, guided discussions, screen testing
There would be opportunities to progress onto a Level 3 Apprenticeship Housing or other related Level 3 qualifications.
Job roles could include Housing Assistant, Housing Officers, Enforcement Officer or other related roles
You need to have been a resident in the UK, EU or EEA for the past 3 years and should be at least 16 years old.
