Who The Apprenticeship Is For
All those who wish to work, or who are working in a sales environment, either in sales roles or performing sales functions, and who have direct contact with customers
What Will You Learn
This intermediate qualification focuses on negotiating, handling objections and closing sales, time planning in sales, interpreting buyer behaviour, developing and implementing sales calls plans, monitoring and managing sales team performance, developing sales proposals
You will be assigned a qualified training advisor, where learning will be undertaken by mixture of 1 to 1 sessions, on/off the job learning and mentor support
The course will be assessed via a range of methods which could include direct observations in the workplace, electronic portfolios, guided discussions and written assignments
There would be opportunities to progress onto a Level 3 Qualification in Sales, Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading or Management
Job roles could include: Business Development Officer, Customer Sales Adviser, Sales Executive, Membership Sales Adviser, New Business Executive, Telesales Executive or other related roles
You need to have been a resident in the UK, EU or EEA for the past 3 years and should be at least 16 years old
