This qualification is aimed at learners who are working, or want to work, directly with clients in organisations providing advice and guidance services.
All industries are embracing advice and guidance more fully to improve the quality of the workplace and communications. This could be to customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. Whilst the most common roles are as Tutors in Colleges as well as Support Roles, advice and guidance skills are increasingly sought after.
Includes mandatory training on:
- Establish communication with clients for advice and guidance
- Support clients to make use of the advice and guidance service
- Review own contribution to the service
- Understand the importance of legislation and procedures
