Level 2 Team Leading

This Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Team Leading is ideal for those currently employed or volunteering within a team leader role. You may be currently working as a Team Leader, Section Leader, Floor Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Trainee Supervisor or Team Coordinator. You may be new to the role or want to develop your skills.

Team Leaders play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, including monitoring work, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management and delivering and improving customer service.

Mandatory units include:

  • Communicate work-related information
  • Lead and manage a team

Level 3 Management

This Advanced Apprenticeship in Management is ideal for those who wish to work, or who are working, in a management role. You may be currently working as a section manager, first line manager, assistant manager, trainee manager, senior supervisor, junior non-commissioned officer. You may be new to the role or looking to further develop your skills.

Managers play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as planning, allocating & monitoring the work of a team, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing on budgets and managing customer service.

Mandatory units include:

  • Manage team performance
  • Principles of leadership and management
  • Principles of people management
  • Principles of Business
